I have a bachelor's degree in behavioral science from the Queensland University of Technology, and a post graduate diploma in psychology from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. I am currently studying for my master's degree in professional psychology.
Experience
As a tutor, I can assist with assignments, academic writing, APA formatting, exam preparation, and presentation preparation in any psychology related subject. My lessons are always student-centered and tailored to the individual's learning needs. I can focus on specific topics or provide a larger overview of a subject. I set clear goals and work one-on-one with each student to address their greatest concerns in the content. If they need additional explanations, I explain something in a different way or provide real-world, practical examples to help them relate to the concept. I try to make each lesson motivating and engaging while ensuring the student remains clear on their short- and long-term goals.
