Experience
Currently, I work as an English and History teacher at a high school in Brisbane. I have extensive knowledge of primary and secondary English curricula in Queensland. I hold Cert III and IV in TESOL and have four years of experience teaching ESL in China, the UK, and Australia. In addition, I have extensive experience teaching English to students new to Australia. I am comfortable working with students at a variety of levels, whether they want to improve their writing, grammar skills, mathematics knowledge, or reading. I can help students expand on their vocabulary while incorporating activities that are ideal for their learning tendencies. I can look over writing assignments to offer feedback and constructive criticism that can take my student's reports to a new level. If they need help brainstorming, we can spend time discussing ideas.
