Experience
Had experienced math tutoring 8th-10th grade student back in Malaysia. Had undertaken Year 12 South Australian Matriculation with Tertiary Education Rank (TER) 91.25 I want to be a tutor for I want to help other students who are struggling in their studies. Besides, I can enhance my knowledge and learn to be more patience when tutoring. Basically, I love teaching and communicate with others. It helps to improve my communication skills and presence in front of the people. As part of my studies in university, I have participated in two construction-based project groups. One involved designing a floating house for Cambodian Village and the other is managing the construction issues in remote areas. Both projects provided me with the necessary problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills, which in turn have given me competence in aspects of construction methods and skills. And I believe, these qualities will help me to be more confident as a tutor. I strive to learn more, while pursuing excellence and personal growth. I believe my friendly and approachable nature and my strong work ethic would make me a great tutor. I am a good communicator, have initiative and am cool-headed in stressful situations.
