Experience
Experience I am an experienced and skilled university Lecturer/tutor here in Brisbane .I presently lecture in the following subjects: Organisational Behaviour /Marketing /Customer Relationship Management/ Human Resources in Organisations / Entrepreneurship, Innovation and New Ventures / Global Marketing/ economics. I Tutor in hourly blocks with a 10 minute break between the hours. Due to my vast industry experience ,having been a business owner / honorary president of an employer body and having served on 18 public /private boards I am able to share real life experiences with the students .This gives the student a realistic view of the text . The students are then able to approach their studies from a practical viewpoint and understand the concepts better. I assist the students to understand the text, course profile , assessments ,exam preparation and to manage their studies . I have special expertise in dealing with international students as bulk of my University students are from diverse ethnic backgrounds and I was also nominated for the teaching excellence award last year at one of the Universities I work at .
