I earned a year 12 Queensland Certificate of Education. I have a bachelor's degree in nursing, and I am currently working towards a graduate certificate in sub-acute nursing care.
Experience
I worked as a registered nurse for 12 months in the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. I spent 3 years working as an assistant nurse in the RBWH. I have 12 months of experience tutoring nursing university and TAFE students and 6 months mentoring students on placement in my workplace. I have provided support and preceptorship to new nurses on our ward. I have qualifications and experience in phlebotomy and IV Cannulation qualification and experience. I can help students break complex concepts down into smaller, more manageable steps. Then, we can walk through each step together until you are comfortable enough to move forward.
