I have taught bio info and biotech courses to bachelor's and master's level students for more than 3 years, and I supervised their projects. I have a strong interest in designing and implementation of bioinformatics and chemoinformatics projects. I have more than 5 years of research experience. I have published 14 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals, which have been highly cited so far. During my stay in the lab, I have gained extensive hands-on experience of all bio info and chemoinformatics tools with immense expertise in artificial intelligence techniques like neural networks and support vector machines. My research domain was always function annotation of proteins using AI, but I have exploited my knowledge in the protein structure prediction and chemoinformatics arena. I can break the complex concepts down so that they are smaller and more easier-to-understand. Then, I can walk you through those concepts step-by-step until you feel confident.
