I have worked at pharmaceutical companies and hospitals for more than 14 years. I have experience teaching many students, including with content for honors Pharmacy courses. I am able to provide individualized instruction that is based on a student's goals, needs, and situation. Without having to accommodate other students, I can focus on the material that is most relevant to a particular student's goals. I can spend as much time as necessary for a student to feel like they have mastered a certain skill or concept. I can also use teaching methods that are oriented around the student's learning style. Using techniques that help the student absorb and retain information can lead to more engaging sessions that boost their confidence. I am able to create a supportive, comfortable environment in which students can reach for their goals effectively.
