I have a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Mumbai University which I achieved with a GPA of 6.5/7. I also created an English language guide for master's level dissertation students which was chosen by the Department head. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in healthcare management at Griffith University Southbank Campus.
Experience
I have prior experience working as a tutor for students studying courses and subjects in the biological sciences. I have also previously been the recipient of an award for outstanding academic performance in food science. I have achieved a score of 154 for the verbal reasoning section and 164 for the quantitative analysis section of the GRE. In addition to this, I have scored more than 90% in high school-level math, biology, chemistry, and English, as well as for university-level biology and chemistry. Some of the courses I have excelled in include immunology, nutrition and metabolism, disease mechanisms, genetics and gene therapy, microbiology, and other subjects under the field or area of biochemistry. My prior work experience before commencing my master's program includes working as a quality analyst for major pharmaceutical companies, working as a food safety auditor for the Indian government's Food Safety Authority (FSSAI), as well as working as a consultant in health services for business development and marketing. All of these roles required a combination of my academic and personal skills and have enhanced my professional capabilities and experience at a very young age. This provides a boost to my tutoring skills as well, because students are able to get first-hand answers to complex questions based on the wealth of experience and knowledge I possess.
