I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Indiana University and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Purdue University.

I have 10 years' experience teaching PTE, IELTS, TOEIC, TEFL, and essay writing along with 5 years of university teaching experience. In a one-on-one tutoring capacity, I can cover subjects such as English, writing, expository writing, and ESL/ELL. I also have TEFL Certification and CELTA Certification so can help you prepare for important exams by using practice questions and reviewing content. I've even co-written a book on the TOEIC English test. In addition, I was a curriculum developer for over 10 different English schools, so understand what goes into producing a lesson plan that incorporates all the content you need to know. I was also a speech editor for an environmental research firm, so I can apply many of the skills you are developing to real world applications, which can help with motivation and building confidence.
