I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative and Professional Writing from the Queensland University of Technology. I am currently pursuing my master's of secondary education.
Experience
I have previous childcare experience. I graduated secondary education with OP2, and I am currently maintaining a GPA of 6.125. During my secondary education, I received awards for academic excellence in English, history, home economics, and other awards for high achievement across all subjects in years 10 through 12. I also received the Rex Metcalfe Lifelong Learning Scholarship for Excellence in Modern History. Studying with a private tutor is an excellent way to get the help that you need no matter what type of student you are. I can break difficult concepts down into smaller, easier-to-follow steps. Then, I can walk you through each step until you are confident in your understanding of it. I can help with anything from homework to test prep in the subjects I tutor.

Hi! I'm Clea. I'm studying creative writing at uni. In my spare time I read (a lot!), sew and draw. I also do boxing (for fitness, not against people!) I also have a pet cat. His name is Ezra, and he's a bit cross-eyed and angry but I love him. At high school, my favourite subjects were English and history. After I finish my creative writing degree, I'm aiming to study education and teach English as a career. I'm very easygoing and patient, and I've been told (by students and adults) that I'm a good teacher. Nothing in the world would make me happier than being able to help your child succeed and make themselves proud, because I know how important that feeling is!
